NC State’s Kevin Keatts Becomes 11th Coach Ever to Start ACC Career with Back-to-Back 20+ Win Seasons

Kevin Keatts just wrapped up his 2nd season as the Head Men’s Basketball Coach at NC State.

While everyone would have loved to have gone to the Big Dance, Keatts included, that wasn’t the reality for the Wolfpack in 2018-19.

Don’t let that lone fact taint your opinion of what Keatts has accomplished in 2 years time in Raleigh.

After leading NC State to a 21-12 record in his 1st season, Keatts followed that up with a 24-12 record this season.

In doing so, Keatts became only the 11th coach ever to start their ACC coaching career with back-to-back 20+win seasons.
