NC State Women’s Basketball Ranked 9th in Final Poll, Highest Since ‘98

The NC State Women’s Basketball team finished the season ranked 9th in the USAToday Coaches Poll.

The 9th place finish marks the highest finish since the conclusion of the 1997-98 season.

Despite losing 4 players to season ending injuries (3 starters), the Wolfpack made it to the Sweet 16 for the 2nd straight year. The 28 wins mark the 2nd most wins in program history. Head Coach Wes Moore finished 2nd in the Coach of the Year voting.
