Center Ethan Lane (6’3″/270) verbally committed to NC State tonight, becoming the 8th member of the Wolfpack’s 2020 recruiting class.

Lane took an unofficial visit to Raleigh on March 29th, and left with an offer from NC State, his first from a Power 5 school. The next weekend he was back in attendance for the Kay Yow Spring Game. Louisville was right behind NC State, offering Lane on April 1st.

He plays for Archer High School (Lawrenceville, GA), where he was teammates with current NC State cornerback Taiyon Palmer.

Lane is currently an unrated/unranked player by all the major recruiting databases.
