NC State WR Stephen Louis Signs with the Texans

After going undrafted in the 2019 NFL Draft the past three days, NC State Wide Receiver Stephen Louis has signed an Undrafted Free Agent deal with the Houston Texans.

Despite an injury plagued career, Louis earned the honor of being a captain for the Wolfpack his Senior year. He finished with 1,487 yards (19th in school history) receiving in 32 games, averaging 16.3 yards per catch.
