NC State’s Emeka Emezie Makes CBSSports Top-100 For 2019

Chris Trapasso of CBSSports released his 2019 Preseason Top-100 Big Board yesterday, and NC State’s Emeka Emezie made the cut, landing at #76.

According to this preseason Big Board, Emezie ranks as the #13 Wide Receiver nationally heading into next season, and the #2 wideout in the ACC behind Clemson’s Tee Higgins. Trapasso ranks Emezie as the #7 overall player in the conference heading into next season.

Emezie finished his Sophomore campaign with 53 receptions for 616 yards and 5 touchdowns in the shadow of Kelvin Harmon and Jakobi Meyers, who both managed to cross the 1,000 yard barrier.

Whether it’s Matt McKay, Devin Leary or Bailey Hockman, Emezie will likely be their #1 target in 2019.
