Junior College standout Small Forward Atticus Taylor (6’7″/205 & 7’2″ Wingspan) just wrapped up his Official Visit to NC State, and he left a Wolfpack commit.

Taylor also held offers from Virginia Tech, Texas A&M and West Virginia, taking Official Visits with both the Hokies and the Aggie’s.

JUCORecruiting ranks Taylor as the #28 Junior College player in the nation. At one point this year, he was ranked 8th.

As a Freshman this year, Taylor started 12 of the 17 games he played in, averaging 9 points and 7.4 rebounds per game. He shot 48% from the field, and 37% from three.

Taylor will be able to play immediately, and has three years of eligibility remaining.

NC State’s 2019-20 roster is technically full now, but expect scholarships to open up with 2019 Signee Jalen Lecque and Senior Markell Johnson exploring their NBA options.
