NC State’s ACC Leaders Heading into Radford Series

NC State Baseball (34-12) is looking to win their first series since the first weekend of April this weekend, hosting Radford (23-21) for a three-game series. Here’s a look at the Wolfpack’s ACC Leaders heading into the weekend.

As a team, NC State heads into the weekend ranked 7th in the ACC in batting average, 5th in team ERA, and 2nd in fielding.

Senior 1st Baseman Evan Edwards’ .358 batting average ranks 6th in the conference, with Freshman Center Fielder Tyler McDonough (.342) and Junior Shortstop Will Wilson (.323) ranking 15th and 19th respectively.

McDonough (66) and Edwards (64) rank 5th and 6th in Hits.

Edwards and Wilson are tied for 4th in Home Runs (13).

Sophomore Outfielder Jonny Butler ranks 2nd in Runs (53), and Edwards is tied for 4th (51).

Sophomore Catcher Patrick Bailey ranks 9th in Doubles (15).

Edwards (51) and Wilson (44) rank 5th and 10th in RBI’s respectively.

Edwards ranks 2nd in Total Bases (121), and Wilson (108) and Bailey (99) rank 4th and 9th respectively.

Edwards ranks 6th in On-Base Percentage (.464).

Edwards (.676) and Wilson (.647) rank 3rd and 6th in Slugging Percentage respectively.

Sophomore Reid Johnston ranks 19th in ERA (3.99).

Redshirt Sophomore Dalton Feeney ranks 8th in Saves (6)
