NC State to Play in the 2020 Empire Classic with Villanova, Michigan & Baylor

According to Jeff Goodman of Watch Stadium, NC State will play in the 26th annual Empire Classic in 2020, along with Villanova, Michigan, and Baylor.

Duke, Georgetown, Texas and California will play in the Empire Classic in November this year.

Each team plays in a game on Day 1 of the event, and the winners will play in the championship the following day, which will also include a consolation game. With the strength of schedule being an issue this past year for NC State, this is a step in the right direction.
