3-Star OL Anthony Carter Includes NC State in Top-11

3-Star 2020 Offensive Lineman Anthony Carter included NC State in his Top-11 last night, along with Illinois, UCF, Boston College, Syracuse, Louisville, Virginia Tech, West Virginia, Texas A&M, UNC and Michigan State.

247Sports ranks Carter as the #22 player in the state of North Carolina, and Rivals ranks him 25th. Carter plays for Butler High School in Matthews, North Carolina.

NC State offered Carter back on January 28th.
