Jakobi Meyers Snags 2 Touchdowns in 1st Preseason Game

Last night, former NC State All-ACC Wide Receiver Jakobi Meyers made NFL General Managers across the league regret not drafting him earlier this year.

In his first NFL preseason game with the Patriots, who signed him as an undrafted free agent, Meyers reeled in 6 receptions for 69 yards and 2 touchdowns.

If it wasn’t a lock through his standout performance through Fall Camp, Meyers probably locked himself in as a member of the 53-man final roster last night.

With that being said, it looks like the Pats have bigger plans for Meyers than simply making the team.
