4-Star Point Guard Cam Hayes (6’2”175) took his first Official Visit this past weekend to NC State, and officially reclassified to the 2020 recruiting class on Sunday.

Hayes was supposed to take his 2nd Official Visit to Tennessee this upcoming weekend, but he has cancelled the visit, and all of the Crystal Ball predictions over at 247Sports have quickly turned on NC State’s favor.

In total, 8 Crystal Ball predictions have been submitted, and they are all projecting that Hayes will run with the Wolfpack. Seven of those were submitted in the past week, including Daniels, who hasn’t missed on a single one in 2020 (22/22), and has a 94% accuracy all-time.

Hayes is also still scheduled to take Official Visits to Louisville (9/21) and Maryland (9/27) by the end of the month, but we will see if he keeps those. After his visit, he said a decision was coming soon.

Now that he’s in the 2020 class, 247Sports Composite ranks him as the #45 player nationally, the #5 Point Guard, and the #4 player in the state of  North Carolina.

Hayes plays for Greensboro Day. NC State offered him back on September 29th of last year.
