NC State will be honoring 12 Seniors of Saturday night, playing their last college football game under the lights against rival UNC. What is noteworthy, is that Cornerback Nick McCloud and Offensive Tackle Tyrone Riley weren’t listed among the bunch.

Offensive Tackle Emanuel McGirt
Safety Will Brown
Wide Receiver Tyler Dabbs
Running Back Will Dabbs
Nickelback Stephen Griffin
Wide Receiver Tabari Hines
Defensive End Deonte Holden
Strong Safety Jarius Morehead
Defensive Tackle Larrell Murchison
Cornerback Kishawn Miller
Long Snapper Jackson Quiggle
Defensive End James Smith-Williams

McCloud has only played 90 snaps over two games this season. Because he has yet to use his Redshirt Season, and has played 4 games or less, he is eligible to use it for this season. McCloud could play Saturday against the Tar Heels, and still Redshirt the year.

Riley graduated last December with a degree in Sports Management, and is currently a graduate student in the Sport and Entertainment Venue Management program. He already used his redshirt in 2015, but after suffering a season-ending injury in Fall Camp, Doeren said that they would apply for a 6th year of eligibility for him. Riley was expected to start at Left Tackle heading into the season.
