NC State’s Chris Ingram Cited for Discharging a Weapon Within City Limits

NC State Junior Cornerback Chris Ingram was cited earlier this week for discharging a weapon within city limits, when his rifle accidentally fired in his apartment on Sunday night.

Fortunately the apartment next door was unoccupied, because the bullet did go through the wall.

As you can see in the video below, the rifle was no pellet gun.

Ingram only played in 6 games in 2019, suffering a season ending injury, but has been a starter the past two seasons.

NC State’s football program hasn’t responded to this incident.
