NC State Women’s Basketball Finishes 8th in Final AP Poll

Unfortunately the College Basketball season was cut short, because the NC State Women’s Basketball team was primed for an epic finish heading into the NCAA Tournament. After winning their 1st ACC Tournament since 1991, expectations were high heading into the Big Dance, but we will never know what could have been.

The Final AP Poll has been released for the 2019-20 Women’s Basketball season, and the Wolfpack finished 8th, which is the best finish since the 1990-91 season, when the ladies finished 7th.

The 28 victories mark the second highest total in school history.
