David Thompson Advances to Round of 32 in ESPN’s Best College Basketball Player Bracket

In the absence of the NCAA Tournament, ESPN is determined to create March Madness in other ways. They have created a bracket of 64 of the best College Basketball players of all time, to determine the best. NC State legend David Thompson is a #4 seed in the Midwest Region.

Each matchup is decided via fan vote.

Skywalker defeated UCONN’s Britney Griner (#13) seed 58.2% – 41.8%.

He will now face #12 seed Stephen Curry (Davidson), who pulled off an upset over #5 seed Maya Moore of UCONN (63.4% – 36.6%).
