Yesterday, some of the parents of NC State football players met with the Governor’s administration to appeal for them to be able to attend their son’s games in Carter-Finley Stadium. Prior to the appeal, 50 tickets were allowed to be distributed under the Governor’s orders, and these were going to the parents of 4th and 5th year players.

According to the News & Observer, 96 parents signatures were on a letter submitted to the governor for consideration.

Within 24 hours, the Governor has responded, and will permit 350 tickets to be distributed to parents. NC State has chosen for 100 of those to be given to the parents of Wake Forest players.

The parents are permitted to attend under the conditions they wear face coverings and maintain social distance.
