NC State Explosive Plays Leaders Heading into Duke

Published

on

Offensive Coordinator Tim Beck has had a quick impact to the NC State offense in 2020, leading the Wolfpack to be much more “explosive” than they were in 2019.

Explosive play definition – Run of 10+ yards, Reception of 20+ yards, Return of 20+ yards.

Through 4 ACC games in 2020, NC State has 40 “explosive” plays. For comparison, the Wolfpack had 31 “explosive” plays through 4 ACC games in 2019.

It’s worth noting that Senior Wide Receiver Emeka Emezie is averaging 1 explosive play per game thus far in 2020. Last year, he had 2 explosive games for the whole entire year.
