WATCH: Dereon Seabron tells his story of overcoming doubters at every level

These “Real Story” shorts that Pack Men’s Basketball is putting out on social media are awesome. They seem to understand that telling the personal side of these kids’ journies created a deeper relationship with the fans, and thus, create a more loyal, knowledgable fan base, which in turn, sells them tickets.

However, that aside, the production quality of these are amazing and this one especially is a must watch. Dereon Seabron talks about his upbringing. Growing up without a father figure, idolizing Kobe Bryant, playing without showing much emotion, and overcoming doubters at every level.
