NC State comes up short once again, this time vs. Virginia Tech. Here are the highlights.
Hellems led the team with 15 points and shot pretty well, Smith had 14 but shot awful and Seabron had 13, 10 of which came in the 2nd half.
Meanwhile, NC State’s interior defense is still pitiful, giving up 10 and 11 to Aluma and 13 and 9 to Mutts.
NC State started this game by getting down 15-0. They clawed back, but they never could overcome that deficit. They move to 9-10 and 2-6 in the ACC.
Another inbound pass that was screwed up. How long can we continue to stay with Keatts. We have lost 3 games because he doesn’t have a plan to get the ball inbounds. I will be glad to teach him how to do it but his ego wouldn’t allow that. We keep hiring people with cheap promises about how they are going to lead State to glory but after almost 5 years we need to cut him loose and hire someone that played for North Carolina so we will know how to play the end game, know how to teach rebounding… Read more »
