SHOCKER! UNC has the least amount of players on the ACC’s All-Academic Football Team

No way! This can’t be right!

You’re telling me that the school that was creating fake classes for their athletes just a few years ago isn’t churning out elite student-athletes?

As hard as that is to believe, it’s true.

Yesterday, the ACC released their All-Academic Football team, and here is how it broke down.

Clemson – 12
Wake – 11
Duke – 9
BC – 8
NC State – 7
GT – 7
Syracuse – 7
VT – 7
UVA – 6
Pitt – 5
Louisville – 4
FSU – 4
Miami – 4
UNC – 2

Not only did they finish 3rd to last in the Coastal Division, but they also finished dead last in the All-Academic Team. I’d chalk that up to an overall season of failure for Mack Brown and company.

For NC State it was…
Cory Durden, Grant Gibson, Trenton Gill, Daniel Joseph, Dylan McMahon, Isaiah Moore and Joe Shimko.
