2023 Running Back Kyron Jones Taking an Official Visit to NC State this Weekend

3-Star 2023 Running Back Kyron Jones (6’0″/190) will be taking an Official Visit to NC State this weekend.

Jones plays for Charlotte Christian (Charlotte, NC), and through 4 games this season, he has rushed for 579 yards (16.1 yards per carry) and 7 touchdowns, and he’s also caught 8 passes for 130 yards and 3 touchdowns.

NC State was one of the first schools to offer Jones a scholarship. They liked what they saw back in June at their camp, and extended an offer right then and there on June 12th.

247Sports ranks Jones as a 3-star prospect, and the #16 overall player in the state of North Carolina in the 2023 recruiting class, but he is unranked and unrated by Rivals, ON3 and ESPN.

Jones visited last weekend for the Charleston Southern game, and he’s back for the 2nd weekend in a row for the Texas Tech game.

He also holds offers from Duke, Vanderbilt, Iowa State and others.
