NC State’s Christopher Dunn Earns 2 All-American Honors

NC State Place Kicker Christopher Dunn made two 2022 All-American teams this week.

Yesterday, CBSSports released their 2022 College Football All-American teams, and Dunn made the 1st Team.

On the same day, The Athletic released theirs, and once again, Dunn was named 1st Team All-American.

Dunn is the 42nd player in program history to earn All-American status, and the 4th Place Kicker to do so. He is only the 3rd place kicker in school history to earn 1st Team honors.

Marc Primanti: Consensus 1st Team: Associated Press, The Sporting News, Football Writers Association, Football News (1996)

Christopher Dunn: CBSSports & The Athletic 1st Team (2022)

(Warren is the only 2x All-American Place Kicker in NC State history)

We will have to wait and see if he ends up becoming a Consensus 1st Team All-American like former Wolfpacker Marc Primanti did back in 1996.
