3-Star 2024 S Brody Barnhardt Includes NC State in Top 3

3-Star 2024 Safety Brody Banrhardt (6’0″/185) included NC State in his Top-3 last night along with West Virginia and Virginia Tech. He also included in his announcement that he pans on making his commitment in the Spring.

Barnhardt is ranked as the #10 player in the state of North Carolina in 2024 by ON3.

To be honest with you, when I watch Barnhardt’s film, he seems like an obvious 4-star player. He is hard hitting safety with great instincts. Though he can knock someone off their feet in a hurry, he’s also patient and technical in his tackling as well.

Barnhardt is also extremely versatile. He also ran the ball, caught the ball, and returned punts and kickoffs for Providence Day this season.

As a Junior this year, Barnhardt had 102 tackles and 4 interceptions. He also ran the ball 6 times, averaging 6.7 yards per carry. Barnhardt had 20 receptions for 343 yards and 5 touchdowns. He also returned 3 punts and 1 kickoff for touchdowns. Barnhardt averaged 32.3 yards per kickoff return (10 returns) and 21.9 yards per punt return (15 returns).
