Women’s Basketball: #8 NC State 77 Clemson 59: BOX SCORE

The 8th ranked Wolfpack won their ACC opener against Clemson 77-59 yesterday in Reynolds Coliseum.

Junior Guard Madison Hayes had herself a day, scoring a career high 20 points, and also grabbed 6 rebounds.

Junior Mimi Collins continued to impress with Jada Boyd out with an injury, scoring 16 points. She also grabbed a team high 9 rebounds.

Senior Guard Jakia Brown Turner was the only other player that scored in double digits, chipping in 10 points. She also had 8 rebounds and 4 assists.

Sophomore Saniya Rivers has been filling the void of an injured Diamond Johnson, and she filled the box score once again, with 8 points, 9 rebounds , 5 assists and 2 blocks.

The Wolfpack are now 11-1, and there next game will be on Thursday, December 29th at home.
