3-Star Rico Jackson Commits to NC State!

3-Star 2023 Offensive Tackle Rico Jackson (6’6″/300) must have enjoyed his Official Visit to NC State this weekend according to a source.

Jackson was originally an Illinois commit, committing to the Fighting Illini on June 5th. He then decommitted on July 29th.

NC State offered Jackson on June 19th.

Jackson plays for Dillard High School in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

He also held offers from Miami, Arizona St, Boston College, Coastal Carolina, Colorado, Indiana, Michigan, Pitt, Syracuse, UCF, South Carolina and others.

Jackson is the Wolfpack’s 18th commitment in the 2023 class, and the 4th Offensive Lineman: 4-Star Darion Rivers, 3-Star Kamen Smith, and 3-Star Obadiah Obasuyi. They are also joined by Oregon Offensive Tackle Transfer Dawson Jaramillo, who was a 4-Star prospect out of high school.

Jackson will enroll early in January.
