Former NC State Guard Dereon Seabron Scores 1st NBA Points

Last night, former NC State Guard Dereon Seabron scored his first career NBA Points, in his 3rd game playing for the Pelicans.

He played 2:32 minutes, scoring 2 points on 1 of 3 shooting. He also grabbed an offensive board.

Seabron is on a 2-way contract, which means he is able to play for the Pelicans, as well as their G-League Affiliate team, the Birmingham Squadron.

He has really impressed in the G-League, averaging 14.3 points per game in the 17 games he has played for the Squadron. He’s also averaging 5.5 rebounds and 3.6 assists.
