NC State’s ACC Stat Leaders Heading into Week 7

Heading into Week 7, NC State has quite a few players that rank in the Top-10 in the ACC in individual statistical categories.

Redshirt Junior Running Back Delbert Mimms III ranks 6th in the ACC with 6 rushing touchdowns. Mimms is averaging a touchdown per game.

True Freshman Wide Receiver Kevin Concepcion ranks 5th in the ACC in receptions per game (5.2). His 31 receptions rank 4th in the conference.

Redshirt Junior Wide Receiver Jalen Coit ranks 2nd in the ACC in Punt Return Average, averaging 15.1 yards per punt return. Coit’s 151 Punt Return Yards leads the ACC.

Redshirt Sophomore Wide Receiver Julian Gray ranks 4th in the ACC in Kickoff Return Average, averaging 30.2 yards per kickoff return. His 362 kickoff return yards leads the ACC.

Redshirt Sophomore Punter Caden Noonkester ranks 8th in the ACC in Yards Per Punt (42.9).

Redshirt Senior Place Kicker Brayden Narveson ranks 4th in the ACC with 7 Field Goals made.

Redshirt Senior Linebacker Payton Wilson leads the ACC, averaging 11.7 tackles per game. He also ranks 8th in Tackles for Loss Per Game.

Redshirt Junior Defensive End Red Hibbler ranks 5th in the ACC in Sacks per Game, and Payton Wilson and Junior Defensive End Davin Vann rank 10th. Overall, Hibbler’s 4.5 sacks rank 3rd, and Wilson’s and Vann’s 3.5 rank 8th.

Sophomore Nose Tackle Brandon Cleveland’s 2 Forced Fumbles rank 2nd in the ACC, and Payton Wilson’s 2 Fumble Recoveries rank 2nd as well.
