It’s official. NC State’s Men’s Basketball 2024 recruiting class has officially signed their National Letters of Intent.

According to ON3, the Wolfpack’s 2-man class ranks 26th nationally. McNeil and Parker are both 4-Star prospects.

247Sports ranks Parker (6’1”/178) as the #84 overall player nationally in the 2024 recruiting class. ON3 ranks him as the #3 Combo Guard, and the #10 player in the state of Georgia. Parker was originally a member of NC State’s 2023 recruiting class alongside Dennis Parker Jr., but decided to reclassify.

ESPN ranks McNeil (6’6”/185) as the #57 overall player nationally. 247Sports ranks him as the #12 Shooting Guard. ESPN and ON3 both rank him as the #20 Small Forward. ON3 ranks him as the #6 player in the state of North Carolina (Rockingham High School).

Technically both players are from North Carolina. Parker played in Fayetteville prior to transferring to Overtime Elite.

I just watch Tennessee and Purdue play as I live in Knoxville. I was surprised to see Jordan Gainey playing for the Vols. What happening when an offspring of former players are not recruited or play for their daddy’s alma mater.

We need some bigger guys besides point guards. Also what has happened to Rice and Woods?

Rice is getting back in shape after being away from the team due to personal issues. Kam is sitting out still waiting to hear from the ncaa on his waiver. It’s assume he’ll redshirt at this point. Kk will almost always get a big through the portal at the end of the year not through hs

There must be more to it than getting in shape. I played football and basketball in high school and it took about two weeks to be in full basketball shape. He is a young man and it should not take a month to get there.
