Did a UNC D-Lineman Try to Fake an Injury due to NC State’s Creative Goal Line Formation?

Did UNC Defensive Lineman Travis Shaw try to fake an injury because he was so confused by the formation that NC State Offensive Coordinator Robert Anae called on a Goal Line play that resulted in a Kevin Concepcion touchdown?

Yes…yes he did.

Shaw wasn’t the only one confused. The whole Tar Heel defense was. It was comical watching them run out to the sideline to defend the three Wolfpack Offensive Lineman that were lined up as Wide Receivers.

The peak comedic moment is when Shaw realized that Concepcion was going in motion the opposite direction that he was frantically running, he instinctively fell to his butt and held his left knee.
