3-Star NC State CB Commit Jivan Baly Signs NLI

3-star 2024 Cornerback Jivan Baly (6’0″/170) has signed his National Letter of Intent to play football for NC State.

Baly is a consensus 3-Star prospect.

This Fall, Baly had 17 tackles, one fumble caused and one fumble recovery in 6 games played for Meadowcreek High School (Norcross, Georgia). Meadowcreek finished with a 2-8 record this season.

NC State offered Baly on March 21st, 2022, and he committed to run with the Wolfpack on June 25th. Baly chose NC State out of a Top-8 that also included Miami, FSU, Texas A&M, Georgia Tech, Missouri, Louisville, and Kentucky.
