4-Star NC State WR Commit Terrell Anderson Signs His NLI

4-Star 2024 Wide Receiver Terrell Anderson (6’3″/184) signed his National Letter of Intent to play football at NC State today.

ON3, 247Sports and Rivals all rank Anderson as a 4-star prospect. ESPN gives him 3 stars. ON3 ranks him as the #79 overall player nationally in the 2024 recruiting class, the #16 Wide Receiver and the #3 player in the state of North Carolina. 247Sports ranks Anderson as the #126 overall player nationally, and the #4 player in the state of North Carolina.

Anderson had 64 receptions for 1,114 yards and 14 touchdowns for Grimsley (Greensboro, North Carolina) this season. He also had 1 rushing touchdown, and 1 kickoff returned for a touchdown. Grimsley finished the season 13-1, losing to Weddington in the Elite 8. Weddington would go on to win the 4A state championship.

NC State offered Anderson on October 28, 2022, and committed to the Wolfpack on August 12th.

Besides NC State, Anderson also held offers from Georgia, Tennessee, UNC, FSU, Florida, Auburn, Penn State, Michigan, Virginia, Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech, Cincinnati, West Virginia and others.

Georgia tried to make a push for Anderson at the end, but in the end, he decided to run with the Wolfpack. Before Georgia came on strong, Anderson chose NC State out of a Top-3 also included Michigan and Tennessee.
