DJ Horne is Having One of the Best Seasons From Beyond the Arc in NC State History

Entering today’s game, Senior DJ Horne is shooting 44.3% from beyond the arc, which is astounding. If the season were to end today, that percentage would rank 9th all-time in NC State history.

In my opinion, what makes Horne’s numbers more impressive than many on the list above, is the fact that only 3 of the 10 attempted 100+ three pointers. Horne has attempted 183 already.

Horne has already made 81 three point shots, which is tied for the 10th most by a Wolfpack player in a single season.

Horne is averaging 3.2 made three pointers per game currently. If he keeps his current pace, he would finish the regular season with 97, with the ACC Tournament and possible postseason games to consider.

By seasons end, DJ Horne might just hold the record for most three pointers made in a single season.
