4-Star Wide Receiver Shamarius Peterkin has Locked in His Official Visit to NC State

4-Star 2025 Wide Receiver Shamarius Peterkin (6’2″175) has locked in an Official Visit to NC State on June 21st.

Peterkin was in attendance for NC State’s home opener against Notre Dame last season.

The Wolfpack offered Peterkin back on January 21st of last year. He also holds offers from Virginia Tech, UNC, Georgia, FSU, Tennessee, Penn St., Duke, South Carolina, Miami, West Virginia, Louisville and others.

247Sports ranks Peterkin as the #197 overall player nationally in the 2025 recruiting class, the #19 Wide Receiver and the #6 player in the state of North Carolina.

Peterkin had 42 receptions for 824 yards and 12 touchdowns for Mt. Tabor (Winston-Salem) last year. He also returned a kickoff and a punt for touchdowns.
