NC State is Still Trying to Flip 3-Star Wake Forest Commit WR Jamien Little

Published

The NC State football coaching staff doesn’t stop recruiting a player once they verbally commit to another school. For instance, 3-Star 2025 Wide Receiver Jamien Little (6’2″/175) verbally committed to Wake Forest back on March 27th, but that hasn’t stopped the Wolfpack.

There was a possibility that Little was going to be in attendance for NC State’s game against Louisiana Tech this past Saturday, but he confirmed with me that he wasn’t able to make it. With that being said, he did say he would be down to Raleigh on another weekend.

Little plays for Hickory High School (Hickory, NC), and ESPN ranks him as the #15 overall player in the state of North Carolina in the 2025 recruiting class.

Through 3 games this season, Little has 8 receptions for 123 yards and 2 touchdowns. As a Junior last year he went off, with 70 receptions for 1,372 and 20 touchdowns.

NC State offered Little a scholarship in October of last year, which was 3 months before Wake Forest.
