Drake Thomas Claimed by the Seahawks!

Former NC State Linebacker Drake Thomas has been claimed off of waivers by the Seattle Seahawks, and is immediately added to their 53-man roster.

Ironically, former NC State Linebacker Vi Jones was dropped to make room.

I think the Raiders are going to look back with regret that they dropped Thomas.

After going undrafted, Las Vegas made the wise decision of picking up Thomas, and he blew up in the Preseason.

For whatever reason, the Raiders waived Thomas, and the Seahawks are the lucky ones.

Thomas finished his career at NC State ranked 9th in Sacks and 5th in Tackles for Loss.
