Former NC State NT CJ Clark Transfers to Miami

Former NC State Nose Tackle CJ Clark announced tonight that he has committed to Miami.

Clark started every game this season for the Wolfpack, but decided to spend his final year of eligibility elsewhere.

This season, Clark had 22 tackles, 4 tackles for loss and 1 sack. In 42 career games at NC State (23 starts), Clark collected 72 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss and 4 sacks.

Clark was a 4-star prospect in the Wolfpack’s 2019 recruiting class out of North Stanly High School in New London, North Carolina. 247Sports ranked him as the #173 overall player nationally in the 2019 class, and Rivals ranked him as the #5 player in the state of North Carolina. He was a consensus Top-300 player.
