The Quarterback position is a little wonky for the Yellow Jackets currently. Redshirt Junior Haynes King is Georgia Tech’s starter, but after he missed 2 games due to a shoulder injury, his throwing ability is limited. In the Yellow Jackets’ 28-23 win over Miami last week, Freshman Quarterback Aaron Philo also played 17 snaps, completing all 6 of his pass attempts.

King has been extremely efficient in 2024, with a Passing Efficiency Rating of 154.4, which is the best number of his career. He has thrown for 1,600 yards, completing 72.1% of his passes. King has thrown 9 touchdowns, and only 1 interception. He is a dual threat signal caller, rushing for 446 yards and 7 touchdowns, averaging 5.6 yards per carry.

Junior Running Back Jamal Haynes has rushed for 681 yards and 9 touchdowns, averaging 5.4 yards per carry.

Georgia Tech has two primary receiving threats. Junior Malik Rutherford has 54 receptions for 622 yards and 3 touchdowns. Sophomore Eric Singleton Jr. has 43 receptions for 562 yards and 2 touchdowns.
