I reported that Power Forward Xavier Tillman was at the top of NC State’s wish list in the 2017 recruiting class, and that he said that no one was recruiting him harder.  Tillman has been out in Los Angeles over the weekend playing in the Adidas Nations event with USA 2017 Team Lillard, and he averaged 8.8 points and 8.2 rebounds.  This past week the NC State coaches had conversations with Xavier, his mother, and his coaches.  I spoke with Tillman’s mother and she said that the coaches seem “just as interested in who he is off the court” and that they planned on visiting NC State unofficially in the Fall sometime.
