Nicholas Lacy Awarded a Scholarship

Yesterday news broke that NC State redshirt Sophomore Nicholas Lacy (5’7″/181) was awarded a scholarship by the Wolfpack coaching staff.

RS Sophomore CB Nicholas Lacy has been awarded a scholarship from NC State. The 5’7″ former walk-on saw action in 4 games last season.

Last season Lacy saw action on special teams in the final four games of the season, and even recovered a fumble. Lacy was a three-year starter at Pinecrest High School (Pinehurst, NC), and had 54 tackles, 11 pass breakups and two interceptions his senior season.

Last week the NC State coaches also awarded scholarships to wide receivers Gavin Locklear and Ben Grazen.
