NC State’s Depth Chart vs. VMI (with Notes)

NC State’s Depth Chart for this weekends game against VMI is below, with a few notes underneath that.

Notes

• Senior Free Safety Jakeen Harris is no longer on the Depth Chart, because he will miss the remainder of the season with a torn pec he suffered in the third play of the season opener at UCONN.
• As a result, Bishop Fitzgerald has been moved from Free Safety to back up Sean Brown at Strong Safety, and there is an “or” in between their two names. Expect them both to see action.
• With Fitzgerald moving over, Rakeim Ashford has moved up from 3rd to 2nd string at Free Safety. With that being said, it is not a definite that Ashford will be ready to play this Saturday, as he is still recovering from a scary “whiplash” injury he suffered against UCONN. Doeren said today he should be back by this game, or the next.
