NC State Signee Aidan West is Signing with the Los Angeles Dodgers

After being selected in the 4th round of the 2025 MLB Draft with the 135th overall pick, NC State Shortstop signee Aidan West is opting to sign his contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers.

West committed to NC State all the way back on November 6, 2021. His grandfather played for the Wolfpack in the 1950s.

He arrived on campus in June and began working out with the team.

Perfect Game ranked West as the No. 110 overall player nationally in the 2025 recruiting class and the No. 4 player in the state of Maryland.

The slot value for the 135th overall pick is $544,900.
