• NC State’s guard duo of Junior Guard Zoe Brooks and Sophomore Zam Jones tied for the team lead in scoring and assists with 13 points and 8 assists each.
  • They also both had 6 rebounds.
  • Jones also led the team with 4 steals.
• The Wolfpack’s defense suffocated Coastal offensively, holding them to 34.3% shooting from the field, and 20.7% from three.
  • With that being said, NC State’s defense wavered in a big way in the 2nd half.
    • After holding the Chanticleers to 13 points on 16% shooting in the 1st half, the opposing team rebounded to score 45 points on 50% shooting in the 2nd half.
    • Coastal Carolina outscored NC State 45-37 in the 2nd half.
• As has come to be expected, Junior Forward Khamil Pierre led the Pack with 10 rebounds.
• Junior Forward Maddie Cox had the best game of her career, scoring a career high 11 points, sinking a career high 3 three-pointers.
• NC State hit a season-high 9 three-pointers (31%).
• The Wolfpack and the Chanticleers both committed an obscene 21 turnovers.
  • The Pack did a better job capitalizing though, scoring 9 more points off of turnovers.
• NC State’s selflessness was impressive last night, scoring 28 of their field goals off of 20 assists.
