Paul McNeil Jr. Broke NC State’s Record for Three’s Made in a Single Game, & Tied the ACC RECORD!

Sophomore guard Paul McNeil Jr. went ballistic tonight in NC State’s 108–72 win over Texas Southern. The Rockingham native hit 11-of-17 from three-point range, breaking the school record for most three-pointers made in a single game and tying the ACC RECORD.

McNeil Jr. broke Rodney Monroe’s record, who hit nine threes against UNC Asheville on December 21, 1989. Monroe is the Wolfpack’s all-time leading scorer.
