2016 4-star Tight End Thaddeus Moss, son of NFL legendary wide receiver Randy Moss, visited NC State this past Saturday on the last day of NC State camp. He claims to hold 26 offers, but officially trimmed his list to 8 schools through posting this picture on Twitter earlier today. Moss has transferred from Victory Christian Center to the prestigious Mallard Creek in Charlotte.

3-Star Cornerback Zah Jackson Includes NC State in Top-4

3-Star 2025 Cornerback Zah Jackson (5’10″/180) released his Top-4 yesterday, and he included NC State along with Mississippi St., Liberty and West Virginia.

Jackson is the #1 player in the state of West Virginia according to ON3.

Last season, Jackson earned the Carl Lee Award, which is awarded to the best Defensive Back in the state of West Virginia on an annual basis. Jackson has won the award now in back-to-back years.

In his Junior season at Huntington, Jackson had 57 tackles, 4 tackles for loss, 5 interceptions, 8 pass breakups, 1 interception returned for a touchdown, 1 forced fumble and a blocked a punt returned for a TD. On the offensive side of the ball, Jackson rushed for 1,157 yards and 18 touchdowns.

4-Star WR Malik Clark Sets Date for Official Visit to NC State

4-Star 2025 Wide Receiver Malik Clark (6’3″/180) has locked in his Official Visit to NC State for June 21st-23rd.

ON3 ranks Clark as the #258 overall player nationally in the 2025 recruiting class, and the #4 player in the state of South Carolina.

NC State offered Clark back on January 17th. He also holds offers from UNC, Virginia Tech, UCF, UVA, Nebraska, Maryland, Cincinnati, Duke, Indiana, Liberty, Kentucky, Vanderbilt, West Virginia and others.

Clark plays for Rock Hill High School (Rock Hill, South Carolina). He is speedy, running a 4.5 laser timed 40.

3-Star IOL Isaac Sowells Has Scheduled His Official Visit to NC State

I have confirmed with 3-Star 2025 Offensive Lineman (Center) Isaac Sowells (6’2″/290) that he has locked in his Official Visit to NC State. Sowells will be taking an Official Visit to NC State on June 14th-16th.

A little over a week ago, Sowells’ released his Top-10, and NC State made the cut along with Kentucky, Louisville, Miami, Penn St., South Carolina, Vanderbilt, West Virginia, Indiana and Virginia.

NC State offered Sowells Jr. back on August 20th of last year. 247Sports and Rivals rank Sowells as the #4 player in the state of Kentucky in 2025, while ON3 ranks him 5th.

3-Star DL Jyon Simon Locks in Official Visit to NC State

3-Star 2025 Defensive Lineman Jyon Simon has locked in an Official Visit to NC State according to Chad Simmons of ON3.

According to Simmons, Simon will be taking an Official Visit to NC State on June 14-16.

NC State offered Simon on January 25th. Simon also holds offers from Texas, Tennessee, Auburn, Arkansas, Maryland, Iowa St., Georgia Tech, UCONN, USC and others.

This past season, Simon had 70+ tackles, 15 tackles for loss and 10 sacks for Raines High School in Jacksonville, Florida.
