McShay: NC State’s Ryan Finley the BEST 2019 NFL QB Draft Prospect

ESPN NFL Draft guru Todd McShay shared his Preseason Top-32 2019 NFL Draft Prospects this week, and NC State quarterback Ryan Finley was #16 on his list, and the #1 quarterback prospect.

Here’s what he had to say about Finley:

“Ryan Finley is a pro style quarterback who is efficient. He’s not great in terms of his physical tools. He has good arms strength. He’s intelligent. He’s played well in clutch situations. He has a lot of the toughness you look for. He throws with anticipation and gets the ball out on time. To me right now, Ryan Finley is the most pro ready quarterback in college football.”
