3-Star Cary High DT Davin Vann Commits to NC State

Another day of Summer Football Camp at NC State…another player commits to run with the Pack.

Last night 3-star Wide Receiver Stephen Gosnell verbally committed to NC State, and local standout Cary High School Defensive Tackle Davin Vann (6’2″/273) followed suit tonight.

247Sports ranks Vann as a 3-Star prospect, and the #18 player in the state of North Carolina in the 2020 recruiting class.

Vann recorded 79 tackles, 26 tackles for loss and 13 sacks last season as a Junior for the Imps.

NC State offered Vann back on May 30th while he was on an unofficial visit.

Vann also held offers from Louisville, Appalachian State, East Carolina, Navy, Army, Citadel, Central Michigan and others.

NC State now has 10 verbal commitments in their 2020 recruiting class.
