4-Star 2024 Wide Receiver Jordan Shipp (6’2″/185) will be in attendance on Saturday night for the NC State vs. Texas Tech game.

NC State offered Shipp back on January 25th of this year, and he took an unofficial visit to Raleigh back in March, July and Augsut.
Rivals ranks Shipp as the #202 overall player nationally in the 2024 recruiting class, and the #4 player in the state of North Carolina.
Shipp plays for Providence Day in Charlotte, North Carolina.
He also holds offers from Duke, Georgia Tech, Michigan, Louisville, UNC, South Carolina, Wake Forest, West Virginia and others.
NC State Football Recruiting Update: 9/27
There’s been a lot of things moving and shaking in the NC State Football Recruiting world.
Last Thursday, 4-star 2024 Quarterback Marcos Davila (6’3”210) picked up an offer from NC State.

Rivals ranks Davila as a 4-star prospect out of Midland Legacy (Midland, Texas). They also rank him as the #36 player in the state of Texas, and the #17 Pro Style QB nationally.
Davila also holds offers from Baylor, Texas Tech, Pitt, Boston College, Kansas, Indiana, TCU and others.
This past Friday night, 5-Star 2025 Offensive Tackle David Sanders Jr. (6’6”/255) of Providence Day (Charlotte, NC) was rocking Wolfpack gloves.

Sanders is ranked as the #1 player in the nation in the 2025 recruiting class, and NC State offered him back on January 25th.
4-Star NC State verbal commit Zack Myers was doing some work recruiting his opponents on Friday, posing for a picture with 4-Star 2024 Wide Receivers Jordan Shipp and Channing Goodwin out of Providence Day. He even got them to throw up the Wolfpack sign.

The Wolfpack extended an offer to 2024 Offensive Tackle Nyier Daniels (6’7”/340) yesterday.

Daniels is currently has no stars by his name, and is unranked, but that won’t last. He also holds offers from Penn State, Boston College, Rutgers, Syracuse, Maryland and Pitt.
He plays for Bergen Catholic in New Jersey.
NC State 2023 Football Commits Week 6 Report
This past weekend marked the 6th week of the 2022 High School Football season. Here’s a rundown of how some of the 2023 NC State commits showed out.
4-Star Athlete Zack Myers had 2 receptions for 24 yards in Christ School’s 0-42 loss to Providence Day. He also had 3 tackles and 1 tackle for loss.
4-Star Wide Receiver Kevin Concepcion had 3 receptions for 30 yards, and 1 rush for 5 yards in Chambers’ 7-16 loss to Hough.
3-Star Offensive Tackle Charlie Symonds‘ highlights from The Taft School’s 15-18 loss to Phillips Exeter Academy.
3-Star Offensive Tackle Obadiah Obasuyi’s highlights from Alpharetta’s 48-7 victory over Pope.
Major NC State RB Target is Back on the Board: 4-Star Kendrick Raphael
A major NC State 2023 Running Back target is back on the board. 4-Star Kendrick Raphael (5’11″/180) decommitted from Iowa yesterday, and has reopened his recruitment.

Raphael took an Official Visit to NC State back on June 3rd, and it seemed like the Wolfpack were in the lead, but then he took his Official Visit Iowa on June 10th, and committed to the Hawkeyes on June 13th.
NC State was the first school to offer Raphael back on September 21st of last year.

Raphael plays for Naples High School (Naples, FL), and is ranked as the #283 overall player nationally in the 2023 recruiting class by ESPN. Last year, he rushed for 1,374 yards (10.9 yards per carry) and 18 touchdowns.

ON3: 2 NC State 2023 Football Commits were Awarded their 4th Star Today
ON3 updated their rankings for the 2023 recruiting class today, and NC State has four 4-Star verbal commitments in the 2023 recruiting class.
Offensive Tackle Darion Rivers and Cornerback Brandon Cisse both were given an additional star today, moving from 3-star prospects to 4-star prospects.

The NC State 2023 recruiting class is currently ranked 37th nationally according to ON3.
