JUCO DL Jykeveous Hibbler Commits to NC State

NC State picked up a verbal commitment from 4-Star JUCO Defensive End Jykeveous Hibbler (6’2″/255) today. Hibbler just wrapped up an Official Visit to NC State this weekend. ESPN ranks Hibbler as the #3 overall JUCO prospect in the 2023 class.

Hibbler is wrapping up his 3rd year at Northwest Mississippi Community College, but due to the extra year of eligibility granted to everyone in 2020 due to Covid, Hibbler comes to NC State as a Junior.

He has played Defensive End for the Rangers, and finished the 2022 season with 41 tackles, 16.5 tackles for loss, and 9 sacks.

Hibbler is the 16th verbal commitment in the Wolfpack’s 2023 recruiting class, and the 2nd Defensive Lineman, joining 3-Star Defensive End Isaiah Shirley out of Boone, North Carolina.
