Christian Zachary Flips Commitment from UVA to NC State

3-Star 2024 Wide Receiver Christian Zachary (6’3″/190) just flipped his verbal commitment from UVA to NC State, after taking an Official Visit to Raleigh this past weekend.

Zachary originally verbally committed to UVA back on June 6th.

UVA and NC State aren’t the only two school that extended scholarship offers to Zachary. The standout out of Saint Matthews, South Carolina, also holds offers from Duke, App St., Cincinnati, Liberty, Charlotte, Georgia Tech, ECU and others.

The Wolfpack’s 2024 recruiting class is now made up of 20 players, which now includes 4 Wide Receivers. Zachary joins three 4-star Wide Receiver verbal commits in Jonathan Paylor, Terrell Anderson and Jimmar Boston.

This was already Doeren’s best Wide Receiver recruiting class ever, and the best at NC State since recruiting rankings became a thing (2002).
