NC State’s 2024 Transfer Class Ranks 5th After the Commitment of Cooley & Waters!

NC State picked up commitments from Maryland Defensive Back Tamarcus Cooley and Duke Running Back Jordan Waters today, giving the Wolfpack the 5th best Transfer Class in 2024 according to 247Sports.

ON3 ranks the class 7th and Rivals ranks it 8th.
